Alright. Although I'm still a newbie to the professional airsofting deal, I still know my stuff about war and all that jazz. But I cant help but notice one thing that bugs me.
The word "Hooah."
Yeah, it was a cool word one upon a time, but now I hear it so much (be it in Call of Duty) mock-war videos, and even now invading the airsoft scene.
Does anybody else share the opinion with me that the word "Hooah" is WAY too overrated now? /end rant

I noticed a bunch of kids saying it at the Church. Its very annoying and none of them are Marines. Plus nobody pronounced it correctly.

okay heres some hooah 101. Hooah is the army battle cry. It means yes, no, yes sir, no sir, this, that, and everything. Those that were saying it at the church have absolutely no idea what the hell it means. I will sometimes subconciously catch myself saying it because we say it for everything when im at national gaurd drill and other military duties. Oorah is the Marine version of the battle cry and the air force has hoorah. so basically just dont say it unless you're in the army. nuff said. PV1 Adkins - OUT!

No, but I do agree with Andrew's sentiment that, unless you are in the military, you really shouldn't be wearing military patches (especially active units), saying some of their morale boosting calls, or dressing in their camouflage (okay, jk on that bit). Some service members don't mind when non-military do the above, but others get very irate. Oh, and but for realz, in another year when I go in, I'll be a SPC/SnrArmn/PO3 right when I enlist I love college. PS Wolf made our own battle cry We sound like hippy dogs, but it's our own.
